This year’s theme, “Courage Becomes Legacy,” focuses on the journey of LGBTQ+ professionals and business leaders—from the trailblazers who laid the foundation for equality to the innovators driving progress today. Bringing together 400 leaders from across the state, the event features prominent LGBTQ+ community members, engaging entertainment, and awards honoring excellence in leadership, advocacy, and business innovation. The event underscores that the legacy of LGBTQ+ business contributions is not static but a dynamic and evolving force shaping Tennessee’s future. It provides an unparalleled opportunity to connect with corporate executives, small business owners, civic leaders, and professionals dedicated to advancing equality and economic growth.
